Josh Blount’s passion for high level craftsmanship began at the age of 13 while working for a custom cabinet shop on Nantucket Island, Massachusetts. This job, working summers, interning in school, and then several years full time, was the start of his 23 year long career.

In 2006, his love of surfing brought him to the North Shore of Kaua`i - working as a carpenter, foreman, and in time project manager for Brower Homes. Josh has over 18 years of experience building custom homes on Kaua`i and is committed to be constantly learning and improving.

Josh Blount Construction was founded in 2017. Attention to detail and building homes to last is the goal of every one of our projects.
